Q: Which areas does Atlanta Flower Walls serve?

Q: What are the flower walls made out of?
A: Our flower walls are made of high quality realistic real-touch luxe silk flowers that are custom hand made and individually placed to create our premium one-of-a-kind 3D flower walls. 

Q: What makes your flower walls different from others?

A: Our flower walls are made of highest quality luxe silk flowers on the market, so that they appear to look as real as possible, feel as real as possible, and even smell like real flowers - except they last forever and never go brown!

Our flower walls are engineered and built to stand strong and sturdy.

Q: How far advance should I reserve a flower wall?

A: We recommend 3-12 months as most of our customers book early in advance! 

Dates get booked up very quickly as we cater to a large variety of private and corporate events in Georgia. We want to be there at your event so please make sure to reserve your flower wall asap to ensure availability on your events date!

Q: What is your pricing?

A: Please click on the "QUOTE" tab to fill out the quick and easy form and a team member will email you with pricing.

Q: How do I reserve/rent a flower wall?

A: Please click on the "QUOTE" tab to fill out the quick and easy form and a team member will email you with pricing, communicate your event details with you, and provide you with a digital contract agreement.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your flower wall and date.

Without this deposit we are unable to hold/reserve your date.

Final payment is due 1 week prior to event.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: All payments are to be made via Zelle. Credit card payments are accepted with a 3%  processing fee.

Q: Can I place an order for a custom flower wall?

A: We love custom orders and your unique ideas! Send us an email and we'll see if we can bring it to life - please keep in mind custom orders need to me placed 6+ months plus in advance.

Depending on your request, custom flower walls are subject to a fee.

Q: What size are your flower walls?

A: Our flower walls are the perfect size of 8x9! Which is larger than the usual 8x8 flower walls.

It's a great size for individual photos, group photos or as a backdrop decor prop!

If you're needing a larger size - 8x10, 8x9, 8x10+, just send us an email and we will provide you with a quote.

Q: Can I keep the flower wall?

A: Our flower walls are for rent only based on a day's event. They are not for sale, although we all wish we could have our own personal flower wall at home!

Q: Can your flower walls be placed outside?

A: If outdoor use is preferred, please notify us in advance.

Approval for outside use may be allowed only if weather permits (no heavy wind, rain, etc.), and only if placed on concrete for sturdiness, and under a cover for weather protection. We check the weather a week in advance to grant approval, but we all know how bipolar Atlanta weather can be. Atlanta Flower Walls has the right of judgement and final decision to approve, deny, and make the hard decision to withdraw approval for outdoor use at anytime. Please have an indoor backup option just incase!

Q: What if a flower wall is damaged in my possession?

A: We know you’ll treat your Atlanta Flower Wall rentals with love and care, but in case of an accident the renter assumes full responsibility for items upon possession. If an item is returned damaged and the cost of repair (or replacement) exceeds $20, a damage or replacement fee will be charged based on the cost of damage or replacement. This also goes for flower walls not protected from inclement weather.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes, we are fully insured! Proof of insurance and COI can be sent to you or your venue upon request
